COVID 19 UPDATE
To all our OSIC patients and their families,
Our top priority is the well-being of all our patients, their families, and staff. We are taking precautions to keep everyone safe and protected from possible exposure to COVID-19. We are confident that we can provide safe, essential care. We will continue to follow the recommendations of the American Dental Association, the NC Dental Board, AAOMS, OSHA, and the CDC.
*Safeguarding Your Health
We require that all patients wear a mask or face covering in our office at this time. When checking in, you’ll be invited to use hand sanitizer and one of our employees will use a no-contact method to check your temperature upon entry. We also ask that when visiting our office, only 1 driver/support person accompanies each patient.
We’ve added space between chairs in our waiting rooms and are limiting the number of patients in the waiting room at one time.
We are performing enhanced cleanings between every patient. We clean exam rooms and equipment with CDC-approved products. We are also performing additional deep cleanings daily.
*If A Patient is Sick or Has COVID-19 Symptoms
For any patients who have had a fever or cough, have traveled outside of the U.S. in the past 30 days, or been in close contact with any confirmed COVID-19 patient, please call us to reschedule your appointment.
Some consultation appointments will be available to schedule via virtual visit. These virtual appointments have proven to be an effective way for our doctors to address simple procedures in our office.
